Karasu, our town

KARASU

Our school is situated in Karasu. Karasu is a town of Sakarya province in Turkey. Our town is on the North-west of Turkey and very close to Istanbul. 

Karasu is one of the luckiest towns in the world as it has got a wonderful nature. It is situated on the coast of Black Sea. Furthermore, River Sakarya flows into Black Sea from Karasu. It has also got Maden Deresi which is a historical French mine covered with trees and Acarlar Floodplain Forest which is one of the biggest floodplains in Europe.
